That dude said he was Irish, but I swear he looked Polish or Lithuanian. Definetely Eastern European.
My favorite line: @ 2:00 the reporter said "That was a good story."
I agree with the lady in the car, "Could be a crackhead." I like the sketch too, looks like an acorn or a SMB mushroom.
